About the Role
Relax Sound Space is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Wellness Product Specialist to help people discover products that support relaxation, better sleep, stress relief, and overall well-being. In this role, you’ll combine your passion for wellness with product expertise to educate customers, recommend solutions, and contribute to the growth of our wellness brand.
You’ll work closely with our content, marketing, and ecommerce teams to ensure our customers receive accurate product information and an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our wellness product catalog, including sleep aids, aromatherapy products, massage equipment, relaxation accessories, spa products, and self-care essentials.
- Recommend products based on customers’ individual wellness goals and preferences.
- Create engaging product descriptions, buying guides, educational articles, and FAQ content.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop promotional campaigns and wellness education materials.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about wellness trends, natural health products, and emerging self-care innovations.
- Assist with new product launches, merchandising, pricing, and product positioning.
- Support customer inquiries regarding product features, usage, ingredients, safety, and benefits.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate product information.
- Ensure all product content complies with applicable advertising and consumer protection guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Wellness, Health Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in ecommerce, retail, wellness, beauty, health products, or customer product support.
- Strong understanding of wellness, self-care, relaxation, sleep improvement, or spa products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms, content management systems, or product information systems.
- Passion for helping customers improve their health and well-being through quality wellness products.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the wellness, health, beauty, spa, or natural products industry.
- Experience with sleep products, massage equipment, aromatherapy, essential oils, skincare, relaxation tools, or wellness accessories.
- Knowledge of holistic wellness, mindfulness, meditation, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Experience writing SEO-optimized product descriptions and educational wellness content.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or other ecommerce platforms.
- Experience analyzing product performance, customer reviews, and market trends.
- Understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media product promotion.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product development, marketing, customer support, and creative teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Multilingual communication skills are considered an asset.
